Calibrations

LABORATORY

In order to ensure proper measurement of leak detectors, flow testers and electrical testers, it is necessary to carry out periodic calibrations confirmed by an appropriate calibration certificate.

Calibration of leak detectors and flow testers is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures, whose laboratory is accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard in the scope of absolute pressure, differential pressure, vacuum, flow and leakage measurement.

The ATEQ PL laboratory in Poland is accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard in the scope of relative pressure, differential pressure and vacuum measurement for laboratory and on-site calibrations, as well as flow and leakage measurement for laboratory calibrations.

During calibration we are also able to observe any irregularities in the instrument’s operation, which allows to take appropriate measures in order to prevent future breakdowns, thus ensuring failure-free operation of the instrument and continuity of production.

According to the manufacturer’s recommendations, calibration of both devices and master standards should be performed at least every 12 months.

ATEQ PL performs the following types of calibration:

  • calibration of leak detectors,
  • calibration of flow testers,
  • calibration of pressure transducers,
  • calibration of electric testers,
  • calibration of leak masters,
  • calibration of flow masters (jets),

Calibrations are available in our laboratory at ATEQ PL premises in Warsaw or on-site, provided that appropriate conditions are met in accordance with calibration requirements.
