Helium leak detectors
ATEQ Group announces acquisition of Vacuum Instruments Corporation (VIC), extending product range to include helium leak testing.
Helium leak detectors are equipped with an industrial-grade mass spectrometer with very short response time and measurement sensitivity up to 3×10-12 atm×cm3/s. Helium detectors enable precise detection and location of leaks in manual or automatic quality control stations.
