ATEQ Group announces acquisition of Vacuum Instruments Corporation (VIC), extending product range to include helium leak testing.
Helium leak detectors are equipped with an industrial-grade mass spectrometer with very short response time and measurement sensitivity up to 3×10-12 atm×cm3/s. Helium detectors enable precise detection and location of leaks in manual or automatic quality control stations.

The flow and leak measurement range is now extended to 66 666 sccm (4000 l/h) for laboratory calibrations.
The accreditation scope currently includes pressure measurements in the range from -0,95 bar to 20 bar and flow and leak measurements in the range from 1 to 66 666 sccm.

ATEQ presents the new generation ATEQ CDF7000 calibrators for leak, flow, pressure and vacuum measurements.
The ergonomic design and efficient battery power supply enable both stationary operation in laboratories and portable on-site calibrations in the field.
ATEQ CDF7000 calibrators are used for calibration and certification of all types of measuring equipment in accordance with ISO17025 requirements, such as leak detectors, flow testers, pressure and flow transducers, manometers, rotameters, as well as leak and flow master standards, nozzles or orifices.

New series of ATEQ diagnostic and activation tools for T.P.M.S. sensors (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) includes advanced devices for car workshops, service networks and production lines, but also simple devices for private users.
All ATEQ T.P.M.S. tools are equipped with a color or monochrome display and a user-friendly interface that guides the user through the entire sensor activation process, also with optional programming of the car’s on-board computer via OBDII.
A wide range of options and equipment includes a bar code scanner for reading VIN numbers, docking station and thermal printer for printing out diagnostic information, tread depth gauge for checking the tread condition of tires, an OBDII connector for connecting to the car’s computer, and more.

New ! – hydrogen leak detector for precise detection and location of very small leaks.
The H6000 hydrogen leak detector operates on similar principles as helium leak detectors, but instead of helium it is used with 95% NITROGEN (N2) and 5% HYDROGEN (H2) mixture, which enables significant decrease of operating costs compared to helium.

Calibrators are essential for calibration checking of leak detectors as well as leak masters and orifices.
Combined with a precise microtap they may also be used as universal adjustable leak masters.
