Ateq D6-Class

Fast D6-Class leak detector for statistical packaging inspection in the food, cosmetics, chemical and medical industries.

Designed for manual operation in laboratories and quality control stations, the D6-Class leak tester is equipped with a pneumatic pipe and needle, which is used to pierce the tested package.

In order to maintain the connection tight and protect the package from accidental damage, self-adhesive rubber pads are applied, which enable safe insertion of the needle into the package.

ATEQ D6-Class is a new Series 6 generation of flow testers with:

The innovative technology of the Series 6 instruments was created to provide customers with industrial devices that meet the demand for quick and reliable flow testing as well as user-friendly operation.

  • The entire measuring system integrated in one module

    • RS232: printer, barcode reader, PC computer
    • USB «master»: transfer to external USB memory (parameters, results, statistics, …)
    • USB «slave»: supervision
    • Ethernet/IP or USB «master» on the front panel or SD reader for saving results.
    • Available communication protocols: ModBus, ProfiBus, DeviceNet, ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT.
  • Inputs / outputs board – enables selection of programs, test cycle START/STOP, OK/NOK result signals, etc.
