Ateq F28 Light

After 40 years of experience and 100 000 leak detectors and flow testers installed worldwide, ATEQ presents its revolutionary compact leak tester operating on the principle of differential pressure drop measurement.

ATEQ F28 Light is a new Series 6 generation of leak detectors with:

  • new design differential pressure transducers
  • new electronic and pneumatic modules
  • new user-friendly interface
  • new accessories and functions

The innovative technology of the Series 6 instruments was created to provide customers with industrial devices that meet the demand for quick and reliable leak testing as well as user-friendly operation.

The ATEQ F28 Light leak detector head is small in size, so it can be mounted very close to the tested elements, ensuring the best possible measurement conditions.

ATEQ F28 Light heads can be operated, programmed and controlled using:

  • F28LightDemo software enabling the control of networks up to 50 ATEQ F28 Light heads,
  • PLC controller using EtherNET/TCP communication protocol
  • Leakage measurement by pressure drop method, differential (with or without reference element)
  • Various pressure drop measurement ranges (ΔP). Full scale: 50 Pa, 500 Pa or 5000 Pa
  • Operating modes:
    • ΔP – pressure drop measurement
    • ΔP/Δt – pressure drop rate measurement
    • measurement in leak / flow units (e.g. ml/min)
  • Accelerated test part filling system with compressed air to test pressure
  • EtherNet/TCP communication protocol
  • DIN rail mount
  • Electronic regulator for automatic test pressure adjustment
  • Smart filling without regulator
  • Closed component test
  • External pressure or vacuum adjustment kit
  • Power supply adapter
