Ateq F28 LP

ATEQ presents its revolutionary compact leak detector that allows for leak testing at a very reasonable price.

ATEQ F28 LP is a new Series 6 generation of leak detectors with:

  • new electronic and pneumatic modules
  • new user-friendly interface
  • new accessories and functions

The innovative technology of the Series 6 instruments was created to provide customers with industrial devices that meet the demand for quick and reliable leak testing as well as user-friendly operation.

The ATEQ F28 LP leak detector head is small in size, so it can be mounted very close to the tested elements, ensuring the best possible measurement conditions.

ATEQ F28 LP heads can be operated, programmed and controlled using:

  • F28LightDemo software enabling the control of networks up to 50 ATEQ F28 LP heads,
  • PLC controller using EtherNET/TCP communication protocol
  • Leakage measurement by precise pressure drop method
  • Various pressure drop measurement ranges (ΔP): from 1 to 100 kPa
  • Operating modes:
    • ΔP – pressure drop measurement
    • ΔP/Δt – pressure drop rate measurement
    • measurement in leak / flow units (e.g. ml/min)
  • Accelerated test part filling system with compressed air to test pressure
  • EtherNet/TCP communication protocol
  • DIN rail mount
  • Electronic regulator for automatic test pressure adjustment
  • Smart filling without regulator
  • External pressure adjustment kit
  • Power supply adapter
