Ateq F670 LV

ATEQ F670 LV is a breakthrough leak detector based on the popular ATEQ F670 model, capable of leak testing products of very large volume (like 200 l).

This leak detector uses the new patented DNC (Differential Noise Cancelling) technology, which allows for compensation of environmental disturbances thanks to the high sensitivity of our latest differential pressure transducer.

ATEQ F670 LV is a new Series 6 generation of leak detectors with:

  • new user-friendly interface
  • new accessories and functions

The innovative technology of the Series 6 instruments was created to provide customers with industrial devices that meet the demand for quick and reliable leak testing as well as user-friendly operation.

  • Graphic user-friendly interface with high-contrast color screen
  • Leakage measurement by pressure drop method, differential (with reference element)
  • Pressure drop measurement range (ΔP): 20 Pa
  • Operating modes:
    • ΔP – pressure drop measurement
    • ΔP/Δt – pressure drop rate measurement
    • measurement in leak / flow units (e.g. ml/min)
  • Patented DNC (Differential Noise Cancelling) technology for compensation of environmental disturbances
  • Accelerated test part filling system with compressed air to test pressure
  • Possibility of programming 128 test programs
  • Communication:
    • RS232: printer, barcode reader, PC computer
    • USB «master»: transfer to external USB memory (parameters, results, statistics, …)
    • USB «slave»: supervision
    • Ethernet/IP or USB «master» on the front panel or SD reader for saving results.
    • Available communication protocols: ModBus, ProfiBus, DeviceNet, ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT.
  • 9 inputs / 7 outputs board – enables selection of 128 programs, test cycle START/STOP, OK/NOK result signals, etc.
