Ateq MF520

ATEQ MF520 is without any doubt, the smallest differential micro-flow leak detector on the market, specially adapted for automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation in production lines, testing stations and laboratories.

Micro-flow leak detection allows testing of very large volume products without affecting the measurement precision.
