Ateq MS-50GT (helium)

MS-50GT automatic Helium leak detector for precise detection of extremely small leaks in high vacuum, very easy to use and adapt to system requirements.

The  MS-50GT leak detector is equipped with a precise mass spectrometer, designed to detect Helium leaks up to 3×10-12 atm×cm3/s, adapted for automatic or manual operation in industrial quality control stations and laboratories.

The MS Series leak detectors represent the world’s largest base of installed leak detectors which are fully automatic, easy to use and highly accurate. Breakthrough technology combines high test port pressure, large capacity internal vacuum pump and ATEQ’s unique mass spectrometer, making the MS series leak detectors at least four times faster than conventional portable units available today.

The MS-50GT leak detector can be fully integrated with our Smart Charge 5 evacuation and backfill station.
