In addition to the standard annual instrument calibrations, we also recommend preventive maintenance through technical inspections of ATEQ leak detectors and flow testers.
The technical inspections are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures, whose laboratory is accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard in the scope of absolute pressure, differential pressure, vacuum, flow and leakage measurement.
Periodic inspections allow for constant supervision over the instrument’s technical condition, early detection of mechanical faults and prevention of possible breakdowns, thus ensuring failure-free operation of the instrument and continuity of production.
Depending on the instrument’s operating conditions, we recommend performing inspections every 1 to 4 years.
Technical inspections are available in our service department at ATEQ PL premises.
All ATEQ instruments purchased in Poland are covered by warranty including repairs at our premises, from 12 to 24 months (depending on instrument) from the date of purchase. We also offer post-warranty service for all ATEQ devices.
Thanks to our qualified technical staff and the availability of spare parts in our warehouse, repairs are carried out professionally and quickly.
Since our devices require exceptional precision and caution during repairs, as well as calibration verification of the measuring transducers after each repair, we recommend performing these activities at our service department in Warsaw. In exceptional situations and to a limited extent, on-site service may be possible, provided that appropriate conditions are met.
We provide a 6-month warranty for repaired or replaced instrument components.
